President Obama's Senior Advisor called the 100 day milestone a "Hallmark holiday." Of course, me being the sappy, doting father that I am can't resist a good Hallmark moment to celebrate my son. That's why I'm proud to present 100 photos from Max's first 100 days.

The holiday weekend that was
Friday night we took in an M's game.
Can someone turn me around so I can see what the score is?!
The next morning we took a stroll around the Montlake Cut.

Really with this sun hat again?!
Careful...
Careful...
I bite.
Uncle Scott came by on Monday and dropped off a new set of wheels for me.

16 is 15 years and 9 months too far away.
Auntie Noelle came over and entertained me, too.

Oh, and daddy thought it'd be real funny to dress me up like Kevin Federline. It wasn't.

Random musings from the weekend that was
We had a beautiful Seattle weekend. Max strapped on his Mariners cap and we took the little man out for the first time in his jogging stroller.
Nice lid, dude.
Celebrating Rob son's Ben's 2nd b-day.
Two more noteworthy items: we had our first legitimate laugh this weekend when dad couldn't remember the words to Puff the Magic Dragon. And, look out, we started to see Max put his arms and legs in motion in a crawling-like pattern. I said "crawling-like," so don't get too excited.
Yikes! They grow so fast!!

First Mother's Day Recap
It was a delightful first Mother's Day this weekend. We kicked things off on Friday with a rare dinner out at a local sushi joint. Not to worry, the photo below is not Max, but simply what I found by Googling the words "baby" and "sushi". Isn't the Internet grand?
Saturday was Elisa's day. She opened her presents -- a couple books from me and Winnie and a much-needed new raincoat from little Max.
Notice he went with a green coat - daddy's teaching his Greene Grape all about branding.

Mom wanted to do some gardening, so we picked up some pots and herbs and got our gardenin' on.
Max kept an adorable couple of eyes on the proceedings.
The fun continued Sunday. We celebrated the official Mother's Day with my mom and her official birthday.
Max inked up his paw to make a special Mother's Day present for his mom, grandmas and great grandmas.
Not to give away too much, because Max's gift haven't been delivered yet, but they are really, really cute.

Wiz Kid
Elisa started reading Max Harry Potter this evening. Our little wizard cooed on mommy's tummy and was engaged throughout the whole first chapter of book one. We may just knock out the series by time Max is walking or asking for a broom!

Happy Cinco de Mayo and...
Boys Night Home.
Max and I are holding down the fort while mom gets to go out for the first time in a long, long time with her girls. No margaritas for the fellas, but we did put away a couple of bottles. And by we, I of course mean Max.
