Christmas 2016
I mean how could you not spoil these two?!
They teamed up on some present unwrapping
Assisted mom and dad on other gifts
Max took home the biggest haul with his own new iPad
Santa Max and our digital fire
The before...
and aftermath.
Making wrapping paper angels
We also made fresh squeezed orange juice with Grandma Patti
And closed the night out with an incredible Mama Elisa Christmas dinner
Another holiday in the books and despite some tantrums, tattling and occasional brawling, the Greene brothers made Santa's nice list.

Another Sunday Funday
We watched a 3D IMAX film
Learned about oxygen
Ate cheeseburgers
Checked out the Christmas trains
Played
Laughed
Built and tested rocket ships
Made instruments
And even climbed inside an instrument
A fun day indeed.
This was nine days ago, but still worth sharing. The boys and I spent a Sunday Funday at Seattle Center.

Can you tell Home Alone has been on repeat in our house for the last three weeks?!

Stick a fork in it
I know the food is mediocre and there's about a thousand other locations, but I'm gonna miss the Old Spaghetti Factory in downtown Seattle when it closes next month.
My parents used to take me when I was a kid. There's nothing like spaghetti, salad, and spumoni ice cream served inside a trolley. Glad I got to share that memory with my boys one more time before Seattle progressed again.

Rain train
What to do on a soggy vacation day in the house? What else? You make a rain train.
We had tickets and Sam's animals came along for trips to New York, Hawaii and a volcano. Oh, and I added audio courtesy of a ten-minute loop of YouTube sound effects.
Woo-woo indeed.

You can go home again
During his Thanksgiving break from 2nd grade, Max returned to his alma mater and joined his brother at PlayGarden this morning.
They made crafts, did circle time, sang songs and painted (themselves). And of course big brother had to teach his little brother the fine art of catching chickens.

Purple, gold and the Greenes
We were on hand for the Huskies final home game of the season. At least we were on hand for about 2/3rds of it. Light rail rides, tailgating and football can be exhausting.
