I'm thankful today for my family and to all of you for humoring me with so many posts about them.

I got the opportunity to go back to school, or should I say preschool, with Max this week. I spent a fun-fulled 2-1/2 hours at the Seattle PlayGarden with Max and all his little buddies.

Pint-sized parent-teacher conference

We had our first parent-teacher conference this week. Yes, you read that right. A two-month check-in on our 2-1/2 year old.

We sat in the tiny kids chairs and an equally dinky table and learned that Max is just and happy and active at preschool as he is at home.

He's made friends with all the other kids, especially the few older children in his class. Oh, and he loves the chickens or bunnies captured in the photos his teacher shared with us below.
