A perfect birthday: fish, family and cake

Spent my 30-ahem-somethingish birthday last weekend with my family at the Seattle Aquarium, where we are now official members! Nothing better than quality time with our little fish monger.

Afterwards, Max "tried his hand" at some of grandma's famous carrot cake.
