Day light savings is when?

Max is either really excited for Halloween or his clock is turned way back.

It's almost 1am, son. Go to bed. The candy and clocks will be there in the morning.

Pumpkin Patchin'

Mom and dad along with Grandma Patti and Grandpa Gary took Max to the South 47 Farm in Woodinville. We learned a few things from our trip:

A) Max likes pumpkins

B) Max likes the mud surrounding pumpkins

C) Max does not like chickens

Party animal!

Busy, busy weekend for our little man.

Let's review:
Friday night started off with a going away party. Max donned a bat costume. Not because the person that was leaving was into bats, but because...

Friday night's second stop was a pumpkin carving party. Our little bat fit in nice there.

After stepping out of his bat costume and into more Bruce Wayne-ish attire, Max was quite a hit with the ladies.

Saturday Max attended his first Husky football game with dad and Uncle Rob.

Pay no attention to that scoreboard, son.

After the game, one more party and the discovery that someone really, really likes balloons.

And on Sunday, we finally caught up on some of this.

8-month mile markers

Max is 8-months old today and man, our little man is growing and changing like crazy. Let's take a look at some of the highlights:
Practice walking with help

Climbing (and working on his 'What I do, mom?!' look)

Standing... again, with a helping hand or two!

And riding horses
(or maybe just riding saddles on top of haystacks)

A day at the beach

My first day of summer, in other words the off-season, was spent with Max, Elisa & Winnie on Alki Beach.
