Merry Merry Christmas!

We've been a little light on updates here at the Grape with our focus on helping our matriarch recuperate. However, we've found some time here and there to make sure we celebrated the season.

On Christmas Eve morning, let's catch up on all the holiday things:

🎄 We started shortly after Thanksgiving, when we decked the halls and decked out our tree and house for the holidays

🎄 Next up a trip to the ballpark to check out the new holiday event, Enchant, which is a light maze and ice skating on the field

🎄 Santa visit #1 was at the Mt. Baker Clubhouse, and then a trip down to Mt. Baker Beach with all of our Mt. Baker friends to see the Christmas Ships. Tradition!

🎄 We also took the boys downtown to see the decorations.

🎄 The photo doesn't do it justice, but the lights on the house below synced up to music to dance around, which made for a fun weeknight holiday excursion.

🎄 You gotta have holiday cookies during the holidays, whether they're made or received!

🎄 Santa Brunch with our friends the Hofmeisters and Santa visit #2

🎄 Sam's kindergarten class made gingerbread houses and they turned out 👍

🎄 Finally, it was time for Santa visit #3 (the official one), and our annual trip to Molbak's for our Christmas photos. Elisa was feeling well enough to join in the reindeer games, and the grandparents joined in the fun, too.
