After returning from a business trip yesterday, it was time to make the most of family time today. 

Little boys club 

Sliding into things at Seattle Center

Max got to buy (with his own money) and build a new Lego set

And Sam got to see if pigs could fly 

And we capped things off with a trip to Century Link Field for the Seahawks game

Happy Third Birthday, Sam-I-Am!

Today we culminated three days of celebrations for our wonderful, sweet and crazy three year old, Sam. 

Let's review:

Sunday we kicked things off with a Cat in the Hat/Dr. Suess-themed party at the house  

We of course had the signature dish, green eggs and ham

And everyone was decked out 

Sam blew out the candles on one of Mama Elisa's homemade beignets

Then it was time for presents 

And more presents 

And more friends to help open presents 

Grandma Patti helped Sam with his new  jellyfish from Auntie Katherine

It all wrapped up with a dance party!

The festivities continued at Sam's preschool with cupcakes and Thing 1 hats

Shake it, don't break it

Well this weekend Sam did shake it in front of the TV to Macklemore's "Downtown." Unfortunately for us, he also did break the TV today. LCD screens aren't apparently compatible with two year olds and spray bottles.

At least there's this cute clip of Sam O. and the TV having one last dance.
